Christopher Egerton-Warburton
Founding Partner
Christopher is a leading expert in Sovereign advisory, structuring and executing innovative development finance solutions. Prior to establishing Lion’s Head, Christopher spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs within the Debt Capital Markets group, where he led the establishment of IFFIm.
Jasper Siegfried
Managing Director
Jasper is leading the firm’s engagements with international financial institutions and the donor community specialising in providing strategic financial advice, structuring investment vehicles and advising on transactions.
Maud Le Moine
Managing Director
Maud joined Lion’s Head after spending 15 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as Head of Sovereign, Supranational and Agency Debt Capital Markets, where she structured and led a number of transactions in the fixed income space for public sector clients.
Edward Oakden
Managing Director
Edward is the Head of Lion’s Head Middle East Office in Amman. Prior to joining Lion’s Head, he was a career diplomat, mainly in the Middle East, and served successively as the UK’s ambassador to the UAE, Jordan and Tunisia, as well as being Director for the Middle East in FCDO London.
Chris Eleftheriades
Executive Director
Chris is a development economist and innovative finance specialist. Prior to joining Lion’s Head he worked as an Economic Adviser for the UK Government in Jordan and Afghanistan.
Gizem Çubukçu
Director
Gizem specialises in offering financial and strategic advice to DFIs, MDBs, Sovereigns, institutional investors, and private sector companies, especially in Francophone Africa.
Will Tufnell
Director
Will specialises in Global Health. He has experience in transaction advisory and developing innovative financing mechanisms, most recently applied to supporting the proliferation of new vaccine manufacturing projects in Africa and to driving vaccine introduction into MICs.
Ni Wayan Ariastini
Director
Ari specialises in development finance, particularly in advising on impact investment strategies, capital structuring, and credit rating support. She was formerly a central banker, with extensive expertise in driving financial market development and shaping sustainable finance policies across Southeast Asia.
Manuel Erzuah
Director
Manuel is an investment professional specialised in transaction advisory and fund structuring. Manuel joined Lion’s Head after working in different investment roles at the Asian Development Bank and the Rwanda Development Board.
Tay Drummond
Associate
Tay is a global health associate. He has been supporting the team in creating innovative financing mechanisms for the global vaccines market. Prior to joining he worked at a femtech startup.
Bernat Camps Adrogué
Analyst
Bernat specialises in development and climate finance. Prior to joining Lion’s Head, he worked as a Research Associate at a think tank focusing on sovereign debt, international financial institutions, and innovative climate financing mechanisms.
Rebecca McCarthy
Executive Assistant
Rebecca is the Executive Assistant. Rebecca has more than 25 years’ London experience within the PE/banking environment. She previously worked as an Executive Assistant at TPG.
