Lion’s Head Global Partners LLP announced that it was separating from Lion’s Head Group Limited to concentrate on its longstanding strengths in Development Finance and Global Health.
London, Amman, 13 June 2023: Lion’s Head Global Partners LLP announces it has separated from Lion’s Head Group Limited to focus on its longstanding strengths in Development Finance and Global Health.
Since its establishment in 2008, Lion’s Head Global Partners has been at the forefront of Development Finance, structuring innovative financing mechanisms to address challenges facing countries on their sustainable development journeys. We are honoured to have advised the leading Government departments for International Development, their Development Finance Institutions, the Multilateral Development Banks, Regional Member States and many companies in those countries.
This has been complemented by our work in Global Health, where we established the first investment fund for the sector in 2012 and have a long history of working with Vaccines, Antibiotic Drugs and Diagnostics. We look forward to continuing these partnerships under the Lion’s Head Global Partners brand going forward.
Lion’s Head Global Partners will be led by Founding Partner, Christopher Egerton-Warburton, and newly appointed Partner Jasper Siegfried. The firm will operate from its offices in London and Amman. The Amman office is headed by Edward Oakden CMG.
