On the sidelines of the 2024 IMF/ World Bank Spring Meetings in Washington D.C., 10 Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) announced their collaboration to launch a digital initiative aimed at creating a digital marketplace for projects seeking co-financing from participating institutions.
The Global Collaborative Co-financing Platform aims to streamline co-financing processes and provides a centralised hub for shared project information. It thereby addresses a key gap to facilitate MDB collaboration and drives strong development impact globally.
